a very experienced professional home inspector, Blaine Cochran
purchased the Pillar To Post franchise in 1998 and has completed an
astonishing 4,000 inspections. Blaine proudly serves Columbus, Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Westerville, New Albany, Pataskala, Newark, Heath, Canal Winchester, John’s Town, Buckeye Lake and the surrounding area.
A typical inspection takes 2 to 3 hours. Within that time, Blaine
will give a thorough top to bottom inspection and provide you with a
detailed report of his findings. During that process, he encourages all
his clients to participate in the inspection and to ask any questions
they may have. Should the client have any questions prior to, or after
the inspection, Blaine will be happy to answer them. Furthermore, because Blaine
understands the amount of time and energy it takes to purchase a home,
